Insole Paperboard
Styrene-butadiene latex for insole paperboard
This series of products are mainly used in the manufacture of shoe midsole cardboard, and compared with the products available in the market, it can provide excellent adhesion properties and formula stability, to fully meet customer's demands. We can also provide complete service and comprehensive technical support for customers.
1. Performance Advantages
1. High stability, to meet the customer's process requirements..
2. High tensile strength*, which can effectively enhance the customer's product quality.
3. High elasticity and high folding resistance*, to make the shoe midsole soft and elastic and wear more comfortably.
4. High peel strength*, making the layers of shoe midsole more firmly.
5. Environmentally friendly latex indicators can meet the requirements on environmental protection product of EU and most countries in the world, to provide customers with a wide range of sales support.
*(1)Tensile strength is the maximum nominal pulling stress withstood by the test samples before pulling of the test sample, namely, characterizing the largest uniform plastic deformation resistance of materials.
*(2) Folding strength is the logarithm of the number of double-folding to broken back and forth under a certain condition for a standard width of test sample.
*(3)Peel strength is the maximum force required to peel the unit width from the contact surface for the materials pasted together.
2. Technical Parameters
Product | Solid Content % | pH Value | ViscositymPa·s | Glass Transition Temperature(theory) ℃ | Formal dehyde | Film Forming Characteristic | Safety Feature |
BS-325 | 48.5%~49.0% | 8.5—9.0 | <300 | 45 | ●Trace | The hard latex cannot form a film at room temperature. It can form a hard and transparent film through high temperature drying.
BS-326 | 48.5%~49.0% | 8.5—9.0 | <300 | -15 | ●Trace | The soft latex can form a soft and transparent film at room temperature.
BS-327 | 48.5%~49.0% | 8.5—9.0 | <300 | 47 | ● | The hard latex cannot form a film at room temperature. It can form a hard and transparent film through high temperature drying.
BS-328 | 48.5%~49.0% | 7.8—8.2 | <300 | -11 | ● | The soft latex can form a soft and transparent film at room temperature. |
Note:
1. The soft and hard latex are mixed in different proportions so as to effectively adjust the hardness of latex film, adapt to climatic change and meet insole requirements on adhesive strength, flexing resistance and hand feeling.
2.BS-327 and BS-328 are eco-friendly upgraded products of BS-325 and BS-326 respectively and conform to insole paperboard standard of EU through SGS inspection.
3.The storage and transportation are the same as general chemicals. It can be stored in a dry and ventilated place. Shelf life: 6 months, packing mode: tank car, 1t plastic tank, 200kg plastic drum.

Important note:The data in the example are measured under the laboratory conditions. The specific conditions: mix the soft glue with the hard glue at ratio 1:1, and dilute to 17% to prepare the cardboard, after drying, test them under the temperature of 20 ℃ and humidity 65 %. The sample parameters may be affected by the production conditions in actual application process, and the example is only for reference..
